Yes, we are currently at Booth 7 at the Silverton Christmas Market! You can find us there from 5pm to 9pm every day, except for December 24-25 when the market is closed. The market is located at the Oregon Garden Resort, 895 W Main St, Silverton, Oregon, 97381, United States. We can't wait to share our Austrian delights with you at this festive event!

Are our products Gluten free?

How long do our products stay good?

The shelf life of our products varies slightly, but generally, our pastries remain fresh for a recommended duration of 2-4 days. For extended storage, we highly recommend freezing our pastries to preserve their quality and taste. When ready to enjoy, simply thaw the pastries in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for a few hours.

To achieve the perfect warm and flaky texture, we strongly advise against using the microwave. Instead, we recommend using an oven or toaster for reheating. This will ensure that our pastries maintain their delicious flavor and remain a delightful treat.

Where do we ship?

At this time, we only offer shipping services within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are constantly assessing our options and exploring opportunities for expanding our shipping locations in the future.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and
destination of the package. The shipping cost will be shown at the
checkout before finalizing your order.

Can I track my package?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation
email including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to
monitor the progress of your package by visiting the corresponding
shipping carrier's website.

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment option that allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time of delivery. Here's how it works:

1. Place your order: Start by selecting the items you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout page.

2. Choose Cash on Delivery: During the checkout process, select the Cash on Delivery option as your preferred payment method and shipping method.
